The extent of the identification of members of the foster household was the major issue

Re M (Children) EWCA Civ 1710 (20 December 2012)

The CA allowed the appeal of parents against a fact finding judgment that one or other of them had been responsible for non-accidental skull and rib fractures to a child. The medical evidence was that the skull fractures were inexplicable and did not fit her clinical presentation.
